Once contracted the first step is to meet face-to-face and work together until we have completed our planning efforts however long that may take. You can rely on unlimited support via phone, email, and in person when necessary up to the day of your event. As part of every event package you receive a thouroghly-documented itinerary providing you with a comprehensive reception/ celebration plan. Additionally a final copy will also be provided to your photographer, videographer, and core event staff to ensure everything runs smoothly. You arrive to a completely planned celebration that is free of worries and stress so that you can enjoy the special occasion as much as your loved ones and honored guests will. Normally I will arrive two to three hours in advance to stage equipment setup, and ensure every wire is tucked, everything has been properly tested and the finished layout/setup meets my highest of standards before the first guest arrives ahead of you.
